1. Purpose of the service
The assistant provides automatically generated business, accounting and tax information and analysis. Answers are informational support and do not constitute an individual professional opinion, statutory audit, legal representation or a guarantee of tax treatment. Use does not create an individual consulting engagement.
2. AI can make mistakes
Answers may contain inaccuracies, omissions, incorrect calculations or outdated information. A cited source does not guarantee correctness or applicability to your circumstances. Document extraction and OCR may misread numbers, tables and text. Verify original documents, applicable regulations, dates, calculations and relevance before filing a return, making a payment or taking a decision. Seek review by a qualified accountant, tax adviser or lawyer where needed.
3. Your responsibility and limitation of liability
You use the assistant and act on its answers at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global Group Consulting accepts no liability for damage, losses, lost profits, tax liabilities, interest, penalties or other consequences of using or relying on AI answers, analyses, omissions or service unavailability. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited and does not restrict mandatory user or consumer rights.
4. Documents and personal data
Only submit content you are authorised to use and share for analysis. Remove personal data, trade secrets, passwords and confidential information before sending. Automatic masking does not detect all sensitive data. Your question, conversation context and reviewed document text are processed through an external AI service to prepare an answer. Documents submitted for analysis are not added to the shared knowledge base. For signed-in users, up to 20 conversations with up to 8 recent text messages are saved in the WordPress account. Answers may contain information from analysed documents. Conversations can be deleted from the menu; backups may retain them. These terms do not replace the privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activities, fraud, infringement of others’ rights, unauthorised access or bypassing usage limits. Protect your account credentials. Access may be restricted in cases of misuse, subject to applicable law.
6. Access and subscriptions
Available features and limits are displayed in the service. Paid access is governed by the price, period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms shown before ordering. Using the chat alone does not authorise a charge or automatic renewal. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
7. Content and rights
The brand, logo and proprietary content of Global Group Consulting are protected under applicable law. Rights in standards, regulations and other sources remain with their respective holders. Users retain their rights in submitted documents. Answers are not guaranteed to be unique and their use must respect third-party rights.
8. Changes and contact
The current terms and version date are available through the link in the assistant. Material changes will be appropriately notified and do not remove accrued statutory rights. For questions, complaints or an individual consultation, use the contact details published on mojkonsultant.mk.
